I just wanted to add a roofing contractor to the list on the myhnp.com website.  I just had my roof replaced by Apex Roofing, John Jacobs 817-504-6078.  I deal with a lot of contractors on our commercial installs and residential remodels, and by far this is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with.  From the initial phone call, to the bid process, dealing with my insurance company, and the installation everything was excellent.  The price I was quoted was fair, and the work was completed as promised.  John was very professional and polite, and took time to answer my questions, return my phone calls promptly, and stopped by to check on the progress of the roof and his crew to make sure things were going well.

The crew that came out to do the work was great.  They were professional, polite and courteous, cleaned up exceptionally well both days, removed all of the garbage each day ( a unique trait in contractors) worked efficiently, and they spoke English, making it very easy to communicate with them.   I’ve been on a lot of job sites were contractors are the exact opposite of Apex Roofing.  And probably the most important part, my roof looks great, Jules and I were looking at it, and we both think it looks better than when we bought the house, which was brand new.   I was so impressed with the crew that did the install, I was comfortable with leaving while they were working, which I never do.   Jules was also impressed that they were never walking into the garage or, for lack of a better word, “nosing” around in it,  while we had the door open.

They also have an excellent rating with the BBB and are a member of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce.

It was a very good experience, and I would recommend Apex Roofing to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement.
